Policies:

Late Policy: Arrive at least 15 minutes early. Attendees who are more than 15 minutes late won’t qualify for full CE credits and no refunds will be issued.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds (minus a 6% processing fee) are available up to 14 days before the course. After 14 days, you can transfer to a future session. No refunds are given once the online portion has started. No refunds on no show registrations.

Online Course Policy: The online course is the prerequisite for your in-person course. Online course must be completed prior to attending the in-person session or you may not be able to attend. No refunds are given once the online portion has started.
